How time flies! The wheel of time has just passed 2008 and now it is 2009. On this spring festival, Chairman Wang Zhankui and general manager Zhai Caihong and the staff of our company pay a new year call to all the friends who always support and pay attention to us. At this turning point, retrospecting 2008, we can find that the operation of our center was gradually systematized and perfected. At the beginning of 2008, Henan Zhankui Tibetan Mastiff Development Ltd. was established formally. By the middle of May, the Henan Zhankui Tibetan Mastiff Development Ltd.’s branch in Guangzhou was founded; And in the late August, branch in Wuhan was established; our construction of infrastructural facilities were almost done in 2008 and landscaping was overfufilled. In addition, in order to make our staff more positive and be good at team work and helpful, we decided to choose the “excellent poultry breeders” through public appraisal. And we aslo grant bonus and certificate to them. This was the first time we conducted this kind of activity. The “excellent poultry breeders” of this time were: Dong Jiulong、Wei Pengjie and Wang Liujie. They cherished posts and devoted wholeheartedly to work and they were helpful and kind to others. They are models for the others.
The female Tibetan Mastiffs all have gave birth to babies by the end of 2008. The appearance and quality of the young ones were all above the average. Some of them were excellent. All the above made us feel quite hopeful.
Our center has been established for 23 years by the end of 2008. We went through many difficulties and setbacks. However, we always believe that, under the leadership of Chairman Wang Zhankui and manager Zhai Caihong, the Tibetan Mastiff industry will jump forward to a new stage.
